This frame geometry has been meticulously formulated with countless 3D scans of professional athletes to ensure the optimum internal volume and precise hinge width for maximum comfort in use

The extremities of the upper and lower frame feature an innovative, soft and flexible construction with a smooth transition to prevent the hard edges of the carbon fiber frame from coming into direct contact with the skin

The interchangeable knee pads consist of a polyurethane outer shell with a Nucleon PLASMA knee protector that provides an optimal blend of impact protection, flexibility and scratch resistance

The strategically positioned upper and lower kneecap extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of the angle of flexion or extension

The extremely stable, compact and low-profile four-point hinge system adapts perfectly to knee flexion, while the extension stops, available in a range of 0 to 30 degrees, help to adjust the knee guard to the desired maximum opening angle

The replaceable hinge covers merge seamlessly from the hinges into the frame, so no further steps are required in the design to avoid the possibility of material getting caught

Nucleon PLASMA is a viscoelastic material developed from bio-based polymers and molded into a structure that flexes in all directions while having the ability to dissipate impact energy.
